Welcome to Bee Smart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bee-smart.shop and any templates, content, or services we provide. By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Bee Smart is a digital template studio providing spreadsheet systems, dashboards, planners, and other productivity tools, delivered entirely online through a subscription membership.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and purchase a membership. By using Bee Smart, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.
4. Memberships and Billing
- Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) according to the plan you select.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
- If you start with a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends and no charge is applied. If you don't cancel, your membership begins and billing starts automatically.
- Prices may change. We'll give reasonable notice before any change takes effect.
- You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Templates and License
- All templates (spreadsheets, dashboards, planners, and other files) are licensed to you for personal or internal business use — not for resale, redistribution, or public sharing.
- You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or repackage any template or its underlying files, in whole or in part, for distribution outside your own organization.
- We retain all intellectual property rights in the templates and the Bee Smart catalog.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or templates for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or non-public areas of the site
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the catalog outside normal use
- Share your account details or membership access with people outside your organization
7. Availability and Changes to the Catalog
We continually add, update, and occasionally retire templates. We don't guarantee that any specific template will stay available indefinitely, though your membership gives you access to the current catalog throughout your subscription.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Templates are provided "as is" and "as available." While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranty that any template, formula, or tool will be error-free or suited to your particular needs. You are responsible for checking that a template meets your requirements before relying on it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Smart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the templates, including errors in templates or data loss. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the catalog. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your membership.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless the consumer protection law where you live requires otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
