Refund policy

At Bee Smart, everything in the hive is digital and delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds once access has been granted.
1. Digital Templates
All templates offered by Bee Smart — including Hive Ledgers, Signal Boards, Swarm Plans, Honey Pot, Day Maps, Cloud Combs, and every other digital tool in the catalog — are delivered online immediately after purchase.
No physical items are shipped. Returns therefore do not apply.
2. Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation:
- You keep access to your account and your templates until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges are applied after cancellation.
3. Refunds
Because every template is delivered instantly in digital format, refunds are generally not provided.
Exceptions may be granted at our discretion in these cases:
- Technical problems preventing access to templates you have paid for
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Situations required by applicable consumer protection laws
4. Trouble Accessing Your Account
If you have any trouble reaching your account or your templates, contact us right away. Our team will work to fix the problem and restore access as quickly as possible.
